Shipping

Shipping will be sent out via Australia Post and pricing will vary depending on size/weight of the product and location of delivery. We do ship Internationally and pricing can be calculated at checkout.

Pre-Orders

By ordering during a pre order period, you understand and accept the extended delivery timeframe for the product. We will endeavour to get the product sent within the stated timeframe, if not earlier. It is important to note that on the rare occasion pre-order items may take longer than anticipated to arrive, if this is the case, we will be in contact and keep you updated with a delivery timeframe.

If you have purchase both a pre-order item as well as an in-stock item, we will hold the shipping till both items are in-stock and will be shipped together. If you would like your in stock item shipped after checkout please place two seperate transactions.

Delivery

We endeavour to post out all orders within 3 days of receiving them (unless specified in the description). If this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise when your order will be posted.

All orders require signature on delivery and have a tracking number. Please let us know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time frame and we will track it for you.

All express orders placed before 12pm will be sent on the same day. Express orders placed after that will be sent the next business day.

Returns

At Darlings of August we are confident that you will LOVE our products but on the RARE occasion you may not be happy or change your mind, we offer a store credit or exchange for any item within 14 days of receiving the item.

You may however be entitled to a full refund, credit or exchange under Australian Consumer Law. For more information please visit:
